We strive for quality. All my products are made from materials that ensure the quality and comfort of our pieces, which is complemented by our careful manufacturing processes and special knitting processes.
I use Priority Mail, so the tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email.
The estimated delivery time is 3-5 days for Europe and 7-21 days for other countries (for America, I have a free DHL Express package, you get it in 3 days). Holidays or complications may affect delivery time.
Express delivery is also available, just write to me.
PLEASE NOTE:
As of 08.29.2025, the United States has implemented customs, and you have an import duty on everything you buy abroad.
I am not responsible for customs duty and do not accept complaints from this title.
PRODUCTION DELIVERY TIME
The production time for custom items varies from item to item, but generally does not exceed 14 business days from the time you place your order to dispatch.
CUSTOM ITEMS and SOLD OUT ITEMS
Please send me a message if you would like something custom. Custom items usually cost $10 more than the original and take a few days longer to make.
If you have an item that has been sold that catches your eye, please send me a message. Most sold-out designs can be remade.

The materials and manufacturing techniques are my own handiwork and I try to make the products of the highest quality, but you will need care instructions to keep them in good condition for a long time;
- Use a soft cloth
- Do not immerse the product in water. Wipe dry after contact with water.
- Avoid exposure to extreme heat and do not leave the product in the sun for long periods of time.
- Do not use chemical cleaners, including household cleaners, nail polish remover and other similar products.
- Please do not use abrasive cleaners and avoid abrasive surfaces.
- Please do not apply sprays or perfumes.
